电焊烟尘危害及防控措施

Hazards of occupational exposure to welding fume and related control measures

  • 摘要: 电焊作业涉及众多工业领域,各类企业中电焊烟尘的职业病危害现状令人堪忧,电焊工尘肺的发病率近年呈现出快速上升的趋势。为促进电焊工尘肺的预防和治疗,对国内造船业、集装箱制造业、压力容器制造业、汽车制造业等主要行业的电焊作业危害现状进行了阐述,并对电焊烟尘危害的防控措施进行了综述。

     

    Abstract: Welding is very important process in many industrial fields, and occupational exposure to welding fume is very common and the health problems, such as welder's pneumoconiosis, arising from such exposure, become obvious recently in China. To protect the workers' health, the exposure opportunities in various industries such as shipbuilding, container manufacturing, pressure container manufacturing and automotive industry were reviewed, and the control measures against welding fume hazards were discussed.
