尿镉的硝酸石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法研究

Determination of urinary cadmium by GFAAS with matrix modifier of HNO3

  • 摘要: 目的 仅使用硝酸作为基体改进剂,建立一种使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪,简便、快速、准确地直接测定尿中镉浓度的方法。 方法 使用热电MKⅡ-M6原子吸收分光光度计,以0.1%硝酸溶液作为基体改进剂,运用适当的升温程序,对尿镉进行测定。 结果 浓度在0~10.0μg/L范围内,尿镉浓度和吸光度具有良好的线性关系;最低检测浓度为0.05μg/L;重现性试验相对标准差(RSD)为1.91%~2.84%;试验回收率为98.3%~101.6%。 结论 使用0.1%硝酸溶液作为基体改进剂,应用热电MKⅡ-M6原子吸收分光光度计直接测定尿镉,是一种简单、快速、准确、环保且易于普及推广的方法。

     

    Abstract: Objective To develop a simple, rapid and accurate method for direct determination of cadmium in urine with GFAAS by using HNO3 as an appropriate matrix modifier. Methods Using 0.1% HNO3 as matrix modifier with proper temperature programming, the cadmium in urine was determined by MKⅡ M6 graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The curve had a good linearity in the range of 0-10μg/L. The detection limit was 0.05μg/L,the RSD from 1.91%-2.84%, and the recovery rate from 98.3% to 101.6%. Conclusion Using 0.1% HNO3 as matrix modifier, direct determination of the cadmium in urine by MKⅡ M6 graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry becomes simple,rapid, accurate, environmental and user-friendly.
