血液、胃液中啶虫脒的气质联用快速定性分析

Rapid qualitative analysis of acetamiprid in blood and gastric juice by GC-MS

  • 摘要: 目的 建立血液和胃液中啶虫脒的快速定性测定方法。 方法 血液和胃液中的啶虫脒经二氯甲烷萃取,冷氮吹干后,残留物用二氯甲烷溶解,再用气质联用仪进行定性分析。 结果 血液和胃液中的啶虫脒可以在90 min内完成检测,得到的总离子流图显示啶虫脒能与血液中杂质很好地分离;样品质谱图与标准质谱图的匹配度达99%,可得到准确可靠的定性分析结果。 结论 该方法能快速准确地定性分析血液和胃液中的啶虫脒成分,值得推广。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish a rapid qualitative method for determination of acetamiprid in blood and gastric juice. Methods Acetamiprid in the samples were extracted by dichloromethane, then the organic phase was evaporated by nitrogen stream; the remains were dissolved with dichloromethane to constant volume and detected by GC-MS. Results The detection of acetamiprid in blood and gastric juice can be completed in 90 min. The qualitative analysis can be done by the comparison of total ion chromatograms and mass spectrums of the samples with the standard mass spectra. Conclusion The method can identify acetamiprid ingredients in the blood and gastric juice rapidly and accurately.
