钴、钨及其化合物毒性与硬金属肺病

Toxicity of cobalt tungsten and its compounds and hard metal lung disease

  • 摘要: 2013年我国将硬金属肺病列入最新的《职业病分类与目录》中,但目前尚未制定相应的诊断标准。硬金属肺病是吸入钨和钴等硬金属粉尘引起的相关间质性肺疾病,同时伴有职业性哮喘表现。一些接触硬金属加工有关工作的人员为该病的好发人群。我国研究硬金属粉尘对工人健康的影响起步较晚,国内报道较少,因此对其的相关研究将会成为热点。为了给今后的深入研究提供参考,就近年来国内外有关钨及其化合物粉尘的毒性与硬金属肺病的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: In 2013, the hard metal lung disease was put into the latest list of occupational disease. However, the corresponding diagnostic criteria has not yet been announced. Hard metal lung disease, with occupational asthma, is associated with the inhalation of hard metal dust of tungsten and cobalt or their compounds. In this article, the research progress on the toxicity of tungsten and its compounds in recent years, and the research progress on hard metal lung disease were reviewed.
