锑及其化合物粉尘肺沉着病的研究概况

Research progress on thesaurosis of antimony

  • 摘要: 由于锑及其化合物的工业用途日益广泛,有关锑尘、锑烟对工人的健康危害已逐渐引起人们的重视。锑在冶炼生产过程中产生的大量粉尘,可直接吸入肺组织深部造成职业性肺损害,但其有无致纤维化作用尚不十分清楚。该职业病标准的制订正在进行,为了对新标准的制定提供参考,收集国内外文献报道资料,针对锑及其化合物的致病情况进行总结,就锑的毒性、锑尘动物实验研究等方面的国内外研究概况作一综述。

     

    Abstract: As the antimony and its compounds are widely used in the industry,workers' health problems caused by the antimony dust and smoke have gradually aroused people's attention. The smelt and productive process of antimony would cause a large amount of dust which could be absorbed directly to the deeper issue of the lung and lead to the occupational damage of lung. This paper summarizes the domestic and overseas researches on the toxicity of the antimony metal.
