二元混合有机溶剂闪点的估算方法研究

Comparison of two estimation methods of flash point of binary mixed liquid

  • 摘要: 目的 比较"近似估算法"和"饱和蒸气压推导法"两种方法测试混合有机溶剂闪点的优劣,找出两种方法的特点和适用性。 方法 按正丁醇、甲醇的不同摩尔分数比,配置5份混合液体,分别用两种方法估算5份混合液体的闪点,并与实测结果进行比较。 结果 "近似估算法"所得值与实测值最大之差为4℃,最小为1℃;"饱和蒸气压推导法"推导值与实测值之差最大为1℃,最小为0℃。 结论 相比"近似估算法","饱和蒸气压推导法"涉及的参数多,计算复杂,但更为精确。

     

    Abstract: Objective To demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of two flash point estimation methods,i.e,derivation method of vapor pressure and approximate estimation,and to show the characteristics and applicability of these two methods. Methods According to the different molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol and methanol,five types of mixed liquid were prepared and the actual flash point was measured. The difference between the measured values and estimated values obtained with these two methods was compared. Results The minimum and maximal difference between the measured values and estimated values obtained with approximate estimation was 4℃ and 1℃,respectively,while the minimum and maximal difference between measured values and estimated values obtained with derivation method of vapor pressure was 1℃ and 0℃, respectively. Conclusion The deduction method based on vapor pressure was proved more accurate than the approximate method,but the former needs more parameters for calculation.
