亚低温治疗对复苏后心脏保护作用机制的研究进展

Cardiac protection mechanism of mild hypothermia treatment after resuscitation

  • 摘要: 对于心肺复苏后恢复自主循环的患者, 亚低温治疗对心功能有明确保护作用。通过阅读相关文献, 从亚低温治疗有助于减轻复苏后心脏缺血再灌注损伤、减少心肌梗死面积、减轻心室重构、降低心肌细胞代谢等几个方面, 综述了关于亚低温治疗对复苏后心脏保护作用的机制, 同时认为保护作用机制尚未完全明确, 有待进一步深入研究。

     

    Abstract: Mild hypothermia treatment has clear protective effects in the patients with recovery of spontaneous circulation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The treatment of mild hypothermia can help reduce the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, the myocardial infarction area, the ventricular remodeling and the myocardial cell metabolism. This article summarized the updated research on cardiac protection mechanism of mild hypothermia treatment after resuscitation. The protection mechanism has not been well clarified yet and more research is needed.
