Development tendency of integrated system for both emergency decision and command communication against mine accident

  • 摘要: 以矿山事故一体化通信体系和指挥信息决策共性研究为需求, 从矿山事故应急救援一体化指挥通信系统与平台、信息需求及信息生成、信息传递模型、信息传递策略方法等四方面来综述国内外矿山事故一体化应急决策指挥通信体系研究概况, 并从单一系统、综合系统、平台、体系的角度预测矿山事故应急指挥通信体系的整体发展趋势; 拟通过分析, 为我国矿山应急救援指挥通信平台建设提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: According to the demand on generality research of the integrated system for command communication and emergency decision-making against mine accidents, the current domestic and international systems were reviewed from 4 aspects, namely the platform, the information needs and information generation, the information transmission model, and the information transmission strategy. The developmental trends were discussed based on single system, comprehensive system, platform and systems. Such discussion is useful to establish proper integrated systems for emergency decision and command communication against mine accident.
