煤矿应急救援指挥综合集成研讨信息组织与物资装备决策关键技术研究

Key technology of decision-making for information organization and material equipment in coal mine emergency rescue command integration

  • 摘要: 以现有矿山一体化应急指挥信息系统为研究技术和平台基础, 首先提出开展典型示范矿山企业应急资源调查, 进行矿山应急信息组织和物资装备保障研讨决策软件系统结构、关键模型和功能设计; 其次, 开展系统的信息传递流图、应急资源数据库、物资装备保障研讨决策功能模块研究; 同时, 进行基于需求和价值、应急救助模式和情景的物资装备保障研讨辅助决策软件系统集成, 并建立系统效能评价体系; 最后, 开展典型灾害救援示范。通过分析, 提出构建一种煤矿应急救援指挥信息组织与物资装备研讨决策系统的必要性以及该系统的思路和方法。

     

    Abstract: The current mine integrated emergency command information system was used as the research technology and platform. Firstly, the investigation on the typical demonstration mine enterprise emergency resources, and the system structure, key models and function design of decision-making software for the mine emergency information organization and the material equipment support were proposed. Secondly, the system of information transmission flow diagram, emergency resource database, material and equipment support research and decision-making function module research were carried out. Thirdly, system integration of emergency rescue mode and scenarios of materials and equipment support research decision-making software system were developed based on demand and value. Finally, the typical disaster rescue demonstration was carried out. Through this research, the necessity, idea and method of constructing a coal mine emergency rescue command organization and material and equipment research decision system were put forward.
