基于苯塔泄漏情景模拟对应急救援隔离区域设置的探讨

Setting isolation area of emergency rescue based on the simulated benzene leakage from storage tower

  • 摘要:
    目的 通过对芳烃装置苯塔泄漏的情景模拟, 为事故状态下出现的职业卫生应急救援问题提出建议。
    方法 应用ALOHA软件数值模拟苯急性中毒事故的暴露, 参考紧急响应计划指南(emergency response planning guidelines, ERPG)、立即威胁生命和健康浓度(immediately dangerous to life or health concentration, IDLH)阈值, 对某化工厂芳烃装置分馏单元苯塔泄漏事故进行预测评估。
    结果 苯塔完全泄漏时, ALOHA软件模拟预测危险区域ERPG-2水平将延伸下风向5 300 m处, 在高于ERPG-2水平的浓度下, 人员会逐步显示出不可逆或其他严重的健康影响, 或削弱他们采取保护行动的能力。
    结论 在职业卫生应急预案编制、事故演练过程中, 可参照苯塔的泄漏情景模拟, 完善用人单位应急救援体系。
