基层社区医务人员卫生应急知识知晓状况调查与分析

Knowledge of health emergency among medical personnel in community health service institutions

    目的 了解基层社区医务人员卫生应急知识知晓状况, 为完善基层卫生应急体系的建设提供科学决策。
    方法 以北京市平谷区18家社区卫生服务机构为调查对象, 从各单位1 089名专业技术医务人员中随机抽取在岗医务人员进行问卷调查。
    结果 发放问卷510份, 有效问卷508份, 问卷有效率99.6%。基层社区医务人员对卫生应急相关知识总体知晓率为82.96%, 其中97%以上的基层医务人员掌握了有效预防呼吸道传染病的方法, 99.0%的人员知晓发现大量病死禽兽时的报告方式, 91.5%的人员懂得在地震发生时的室内躲避措施, 但18.7%的人员不熟悉人感染禽流感的主要途径, 31.1%的人员不熟知地震时室内不安全地点。不同性别医务人员对化学中毒处理措施、对传染病应急知识的知晓率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);医务人员基本熟悉呼吸道、消化道传染病预防知识; 而不同职称医务人员对人感染禽流感主要途径知晓率比较, 差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05), 表现为职称越高, 知晓率也越高; 不同年龄医务人员对人感染禽流感主要途径知晓率差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05), ≤ 30岁医务人员知晓率仅有73.6%。
    结论 基层社区医务人员卫生应急知识和能力还不容乐观, 应进一步加强人员的应急培训和宣传教育。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The awareness status of comprehensive knowledge on health emergency among the medical personnel in community health service institutions were investigated.
    Methods A total of 510 medical staff in 18 community health service institutions of Pinggu District (totally 1 089 staff) were surveyed with questionnaire.
    Results Finally we got 508 valid questionnaires. The awareness rate of comprehensive knowledge on health emergency among these medical personnel was 82.96%. Among them, more than 97% mastered the effective methods to prevent respiratory infectious diseases; 99.0% knew the reporting way of epidemic diseases of poultry and livestock; 91.5% knew indoor shielding way in earthquake. However, 18.7% staff were not familiar with the infection route of avian influenza. There were no differences of awareness rate of chemical poisoning treatment measures or infectious disease emergency between male and female staff(P>0.05). Most of the medical personnel knew general preventive principles against both respiratory and digestive infectious diseases. It showed that the personnel with higher academic title mastered the knowledge on avian influenza much better. There was statistical difference of awareness rate of knowledge on avian influenza among personnel at different ages, and the rate of those less than 30 years old was only 73.6%.
    Conclusion The KAP on health emergency among medical staff in community health service institutions was not optimistic, and the emergency training and public education should be strengthened.
