液体推进剂应急处置个体防护系统的研制

Development of individual protection system for emergency disposal of liquid propellant

  • 摘要:
    目的 研制液体推进剂应急处置个体防护系统, 提高航天发射试验中液体推进剂突发事故的应急救援能力。
    方法 采用全包覆隔绝式结构和气冷降温技术, 研制长管供气式防护服; 采用骨传导通信技术、微波通信及数字视频编解技术, 研制无线通信及视频监视指挥系统。
    结果 该系统能够对液体推进剂提供有效防护, 总体防护因数>125, 呼吸防护因数>30 000, 有效解决了目前现役液体推进剂防护装备防护因数低、防护可靠性不足的问题。
    结论 该防护系统满足液体推进剂作业人员一级防护的需求, 可应用于液体推进剂突发事故应急救援。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The individual protection system for emergency disposal of liquid propellant was developed, in order to enhance the emergency disposal ability in space experiments.
    Methods Protective clothing with long-tube air supply was prepared, using a full-cladding and isolated structure and air-cooled technique. Wireless communication and video monitoring command system was prepared with bone-conduct technique, microwave communication and digital video editing technique.
    Results The prepared individual protection system could provide higher protection factor and protection reliability, which the total protection factor was more than 125 and the respiratory protection factor was more than 30 000.
    Conclusion It revealed that the prepared individual protection system could meet the need of first-class protection, and be applied to emergency disposal for liquid propellant.
