二巯基丙磺酸钠驱汞治疗汞超标儿童的副反应观察

Clinical observation on adverse reaction among children with higher mercury level treated with sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate

    目的 通过临床实践, 总结成人和儿童对二巯基丙磺酸钠的副反应, 为今后临床工作提供科学依据。
    方法 回顾一起群体性儿童(45例)急性汞超标患者的治疗经过, 观察二巯基丙磺酸钠对儿童的副反应, 并与既往成人治疗副反应做比较。
    结果 儿童患者驱汞治疗后大部分出现乏力、腰痛等不适, 发生率高于成人组(P < 0.05)。经第2疗程治疗后儿童患者出现下肢疼痛、再次皮疹, 而成人组未见下肢疼痛和二次皮疹。
    结论 二巯基丙磺酸钠用于驱汞治疗过程中, 儿童副反应明显大于成人, 应引起重视。
