一起山区家用发电机尾气中毒事故调查

Investigation on an accident of exhaust gas poisoning resulting from household generators in mountainous area

  • 摘要: 通过对一起发电机尾气导致的中毒事故开展调查, 分析事故原因。该事故共4人中毒, 其中1人死亡, 主要临床表现为意识障碍, 有1人出现记忆力减退、时间和空间定向力不准确。入院时检测碳氧血红蛋白浓度为2.1%~2.5%。发电机室无任何通风设备和报警装置, 事发后16 h测定空气中CO浓度为30.9 mg/m3, 超过国家标准限值。结合现场调查及患者临床表现, 综合判定该事故为一起发电机尾气所致的急性化学物中毒事件, 事故主要原因为发电机室通风不良。
