Pollution source and exposure status of acrylamide

  • 摘要: 丙烯酰胺具有明确的中枢和周围神经毒性,且具有潜在的致癌、遗传、生殖和发育毒性。人群中丙烯酰胺的暴露来源主要包括职业性暴露、环境性暴露和生活性暴露。生活性暴露又分为吸烟、饮食、化妆品暴露等。对丙烯酰胺暴露来源和污染现况进行了综述,以期为丙烯酰胺污染防护提供参考。
