扬州市放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核细胞率分析

Investigation on micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiation workers in Yangzhou

    目的 了解扬州市放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核细胞率的总体水平,为放射工作人员职业健康监护提供依据。
    方法 对2018年扬州市2 124名放射工作人员的外周血淋巴细胞微核细胞率进行统计分析和评价。
    结果 2 124名放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核细胞率均≤ 6‰,在正常范围内。上岗前放射工作人员微核自发率与年龄呈正相关关系(rs=0.513,P < 0.01),20~29岁和≥ 50岁年龄段上岗前人员的微核细胞率均低于在岗及离岗人员的微核细胞率(P < 0.05)。微核细胞率随着工龄增加有逐渐升高的趋势(rs=0.239,P < 0.01);不同工种放射工作人员的微核细胞率差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01),其中从事工业应用和核医学的放射工作人员较高。不同级别放射工作单位之间微核细胞率差异也有统计学意义(P < 0.01),其中一级医院及牙科门诊的放射工作人员略高。
    结论 扬州市放射工作人员职业健康总体状况较好,放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核细胞率较低,且与年龄、工龄和工种有关。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To understand the overall micronucleus level in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiation workers in Yangzhou, and to provide orientation for occupational health surveillance of these persons.
    Methods The examination Results of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 2 124 radiation workers in Yangzhou in 2018 were analyzed.
    Results The rate of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes was lower than 6‰ among all radiation workers, which ranked within normal range. The rate of micronucleus detected before employment was positively related to their age (rs=0.513, P < 0.01). The rate of micronucleus detected before employment of radiation workers aged with 20 to 29 year old or higher than 50 years old was lower than that detected during employment period or after leaving (P < 0.05).There was a trend that longer exposure time, higher rate of micronucleus (rs=0.239, P < 0.01). There was a variation of rate of micronucleus among radiation workers engaged in different jobs (P < 0.01), higher rate noted among radiation workers engaged in industrial applications and nuclear medicine. There was a significant difference of micronucleus among radiation workers in different organizations (P < 0.01), and the micronucleus rates of radiology staff in both Tier 1 hospitals and dental clinics were numerically higher.
    Conclusion Overall health status of radiation workers in Yangzhou was not bad, the rate of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of these persons was low, which was related to their age, exposure time and job task.
