Review on molecular mechanism of occupational noise-induced hearing loss

  • 摘要: 职业性噪声聋是劳动者因长期接触噪声而发生的听力损失,噪声是最常见的职业病危害因素之一,除了可以引起听力损失,还会影响身体其他机能。因此,职业性噪声聋的防治至关重要。文章从职业性噪声聋发病的分子机制、易感基因的筛查及临床防治手段等方面综合分析职业性噪声聋的研究进展,为寻找有效的职业性噪声聋防治方法提供线索。
