新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情呼吸防护及对策建议

Respiratory protection and countermeasures of COVID-19 epidemic situation

  • 摘要:
    目的 指导新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中呼吸防护的选择使用,推进呼吸防护相关研究。
    方法 根据2019新型冠状病毒致病特点及传播途径,分析本次疫情人群暴露风险、呼吸防护要点与原理。
    结果 比较国内外防护口罩技术标准及关键技术指标,提出本次疫情防控呼吸防护指引,指出目前呼吸防护存用不当、佩戴错误、佩戴挤压伤和儿童标准缺失等主要问题。
    结论 建议关注呼吸防护适用性问题,优化传染病防护流程,加强使用者培训,加快呼吸防护新产品研发。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To guide correct selection and use of respiratory protection in the epidemic of Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), and furthermore to promote the research on respiratory protection in the future.
    Methods The exposure risk, the essential and principles of respiratory protection were discussed in this epidemic, based on the pathogenic characteristicsand transmission route of 2019 novel coronavirus.
    Results The guidelines for correct selection and use of respiratory protection in this epidemic was proposed after the technicalstandards and key technical parameters of protective masks both in China and abroad were compared. The main problems in use of respiratory protection at present, such as improper selection, in-correct wearing, facial crush injury caused by use of respiratory protection, and no standards available for respiratory protection specific for children, were discussed.
    Conclusion We should pay attention to the applicability of respiratory protection, optimize the protection process against infectious disease, strengthen the training of individual user, and speed up the research and development of new respiratory protection products.
