离子色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中5种酸根离子

Simultaneous determination of 5 acid radical ions in air of workplaces by ion chromatography

  • 摘要:
      目的  建立一种同时测定工作场所空气中甲酸、乙酸、氢氟酸、盐酸、硫酸的离子色谱法。
      方法  1.6 mmol/L Na2CO3+0.5 mmol/L NaHCO3淋洗液10 mL冲击式吸收管采样,英蓝超滤自动进样,A5-250阴离子色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,外标法定量。
      结果  F-、Cl-、SO42-、CH3COO-、HCOO-能有效分离,标准曲线线性良好(相关系数=0.9990~0.9996),检出限分别为0.37 μg/L、0.79 μg/L、4.74 μg/L、5.40 μg/L、1.24 μg/L,采样效率大于99%,样品室温可稳定保存7 d。
      结论  该方法测量范围、准确性、灵敏度、采样效率、样品稳定性能满足职业卫生检测方法要求,适合工作场所空气中甲酸、乙酸、氢氟酸、盐酸、硫酸5种酸根离子的同时检测。
