PM2.5对心力衰竭发生、发展和预后的影响及机制

The effect and mechanism of fine particulate matter on the occurrence, progress and prognosis of heart failure

  • 摘要: 细颗粒物(particulate matter 2.5,PM2.5)对心血管系统有显著不利影响,可增加心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)患病率、住院率和病死率。PM2.5对HF的影响机制包括:诱导心肌细胞肥大、坏死、凋亡使心肌细胞数量减少,导致心肌纤维化异常激活使心室重构,影响心肌细胞内钙稳态及能量代谢使心脏收缩和舒张功能受损。减少PM2.5污染对HF防治有重要意义。
