Study on toxic effects and mechanism of formaldehyde in vitro and in vivo

  • 摘要: 过量和长期暴露于甲醛,会对人体健康造成严重威胁。了解其毒性的机制对于制定甲醛危害的防治措施非常重要。就近几年甲醛在体内外的相关实验研究进行了综述,提供了有关甲醛毒性的最新研究进展,旨在确定在不同暴露情况下甲醛对炎症、氧化应激和遗传毒性的影响。体内外实验研究表明,甲醛对肺、上呼吸道、骨髓和大脑等器官以及细胞都具有毒性作用。甲醛暴露的致病机制可能主要与氧化应激和炎症反应相关。
