Industry distribution of welding operation and reported occupational diseases in Shanghai

  • 摘要: 目的 了解上海市电焊行业分布及新发职业病现状。 方法 搜集资料,建立数据库进行汇总分析。 结果 2010-2012年间,上海市申报电焊烟尘危害的企业有3 547家,接触电焊烟尘危害因素67 030人,多集中在金属制品、机械设备、汽车、结构性金属制品、船舶等制造行业;上海市近3年电焊作业新发职业病均为电焊工尘肺,共83例,占新发尘肺病的36.9%。 结论 上海市电焊作业涉及行业范围广,电焊从业人员众多,行业分布特征明显,电焊工尘肺病呈高发态势,形势严峻。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the industrial distribution of welding operation and the severity of occupational diseases caused by exposure to welding fumes. Methods The records of welding operation in the data bank of Shanghai Reporting System of Occupational Hazards were abstracted and analyzed. Results A total of 3 547 enterprises had welding fumes in their companies and 67 030 workers were exposed to such hazards. The enterprises were distributed in the industries of metal products,machinery,automobile,structural metal products,the ship,manufacturing,and so on. A total of 83 cases of welders' pneumoconiosis were diagnosed in recent 3 years. Conclusion Welding operation in Shanghai is common and distributed in various industries and there are large number of workers exposed to welding fumes. The health problem caused by such occupational hazard is apparent and we should pay more attention to this.
