Optimized design of ZigBee-based safety warning system in construction sites of traffic engineering

  • 摘要: 讨论了ZigBee定位原理,以灌河大桥工程建设为实践平台,建立了大桥工程建设现场安全预警系统。并针对大桥工程建设的实际应用环境,对定位算法进行了部分优化工作,主要有:参考节点优化部署,定位算法优化改进,最小能耗设计等。提出利用移动平均滤波器改进定位算法,提高定位结果的精度和稳定性。同时,利用最小电池消耗路由原则对系统能耗进行优化设计,降低系统能耗。此系统已经在江苏省临海高等级公路灌河大桥工程建设现场得到运用,提升了大桥工程建设中的安全管理水平。

     

    Abstract: ZigBee positioning principle was used to set up the safety warning system in the Guan-River Bridge construction project. The positioning algorithm was optimized according to the reality of the bridge construction environment,including optimized placement of reference node,optimization and improvement of the localization algorithm,design of minimum energy and etc. Moving average filter was used to improve the localization algorithm,so that the accuracy and stability of the positioning is increased. Meanwhile,the design of energy consumption for this system was optimized by application of minimum battery consumption routing principles,to lower the energy consumption. This method was successfully used in the Guan-River Bridge's construction site in Jiangsu Province's sea-side high-grade highways project and the level of safety management in the bridge construction was improved.
