职业卫生检测实验室期间核查的实施与结果评价

Implementation of period checking of laboratory for occupational health and evaluation of related data

  • 摘要: 目的 实施职业卫生检测实验室的期间核查,并对相关结果数据进行评价。 方法 依据《能力验证结果的统计处理和能力评价指南》(CNAS-GL02:2014)中统计处理原则,结合《基于质控数据环境检测测量不确定度评定指南》(CNAS-GL34:2013)的评定、确认方式,开展对职业卫生使用频率低的应急快速检测仪器的期间核查、典型化学参数的标准物质期间核查并对相应数据结果进行评价。 结果 实验室使用频率低的应急快速检测仪器的期间核查、典型化学参数的标准物质期间核查经计算、判定分析,氨-氮、汞标准物质的特性量值与标准值差异无统计学意义(t检验临界值分别为1.11和1.56,均<t (0.05,5)值2.57),便携式红外线分析仪、多种气体检测仪在上次计量检定合格后,状态至今一直正常。 结论 实施职业卫生检测仪器期间核查、标准物质期间核查并进行评价,能多方面展现实验室检测工作质量状态,是实验室检测工作质量得到保证的最直接客观依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective To ensure the service quality, period checking of the laboratory for occupational health was implemented and the related data were evaluated. Methods Based on the Guidance on Statistic Treatment of Proficiency Testing Results and Performance Evaluation(CNAS-GL02:2014)and the Guidance for Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation Based on Quality Control Data in Environmental Testing (CNAS-GL34:2013),the period checking of the rapid detection instruments for emergency which was used very seldom and the typical parameters of reference materials was done. Then the available data were analyzed. Results The portable IR gas analyzer and multiple gas detectors were in order since last metrological verification. The typical parameters of reference materials, ammonia-nitrogen and mercury had no difference with the standard values. Conclusion Period checking of the laboratory can show the real condition of laboratory running. This work provides the objective evidence to maintain the laboratory with good reliability and applicability.
