拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂内分泌干扰作用的研究进展

Research progress of endocrine disruption of pyrethroid insecticides

  • 摘要: 随着拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂在农业杀虫和卫生杀虫领域的广泛应用,其在农产品及家居环境中的残留问题也越来越受到关注,并被认为是重要的环境内分泌干扰物(EEDs)之一,因而关于拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对内分泌功能和糖脂代谢影响的研究也日益受到重视。据此,对目前常用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对生殖内分泌、甲状腺功能和糖脂代谢等干扰作用的研究进展作一综述。

     

    Abstract: With the wide application of the pyrethroid insecticide in agriculture and health field, the adverse effects of their residues in agricultural products and domestic environment have been concerned,since it is considered as one of the important environmental endocrine disruptors (EEDs). In this article,the research progress of pyrethroids disrupting effects on reproductive endocrine, thyroid function and lipid metabolism were reviewed.
