突发核事故应急生物检测研究进展

Biological detection methods in emergency rescue against nuclear accidents

  • 摘要: 核事故或核恐怖事件的医学救援是应急救援的重要环节, 建立健全突发核事故应急检测体系, 对核辐射伤员尽快进行伤情分类、实施有效救治至关重要。对突发核事故应急救援中的生物检测方法进行了总结, 对生物检测方法的特点、优缺点和适用性进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: Medical aid is an important part of emergency rescue against nuclear accidents or nuclear terrorism. The reasonable and complete emergency detection work in the emergency rescue system against nuclear accidents is essential for classification of the damage condition and implementation of effective treatment of victims. In order to establish a detection method suitable for emergency rescue against nuclear accidents, the methods that are currently available for biological detection in the emergency rescue against nuclear accidents were summarized, and the characteristic, the advantage and disadvantage, and the applicability of these methods were discussed.
