  • 摘要: 通过一起职业病诊断投诉案例分析, 从职业病诊断受理、职业病诊断与鉴定的费用承担、职业病诊断资料提供等方面, 指出《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》修改后存在的一些新问题需要关注, 希望能在今后的实施细则中更加明确相关条文, 使职业卫生监督人员能更好运用法律, 保护企业和劳动者的合法权益。
