一起多名儿童抗凝血类灭鼠药中毒事件调查

Investigation on an event of several children's anticoagulant rodenticides poisoning

  • 摘要: 通过回顾一起多名儿童突发中毒事件的调查与检测过程, 总结不明原因中毒突发事件的处置经验。本次事件中根据中毒患者的临床表现、现场流行病学调查结果, 推测可能的中毒物质为抗凝血类灭鼠药3-3-(4-溴联苯基-4)-1, 2, 3, 4-四氢萘-1-基-4-羟基香豆素(大隆), 并采用UPLC/MS/MS法进行30份中毒儿童静脉血和尿液样本中大隆的定性检测, 其中有9份检出大隆, 故得以确认为灭鼠药大隆中毒。提示在调查处置中毒事件时, 应注重现场流行病学调查和高效的实验室检测方法相结合, 并保持与疾病预防控制中心、公安部门的密切合作; 有关部门应加强对鼠药生产企业的监管。
