铁道机车用铸造轴承浇瓦工职业性肿瘤诊断思路分析

Thinking on diagnosis of occupational tumors among workers engaged in casting bearings in railway locomotives

  • 摘要: 针对1例接触巴氏合金气溶胶的铁道机车用铸造轴承浇瓦工因肺小细胞癌而申请职业病诊断的案例,结合病例职业史,应用金属元素的饱和蒸气压特性,估算其接触的巴氏合金中砷、铅经熔融后溢出到空气中的质量浓度,参照国家职业卫生标准有关砷的职业接触限值,最终确定该病例为砷所致职业性肺癌。
