一次高浓度二氧化硫暴露致重度阻塞性通气功能障碍的演变

Evolution of severe obstructive ventilatory dysfunction caused by an event of high SO2 exposure

  • 摘要: 某患者暴露于大剂量二氧化硫后,因初始临床症状较轻,贻误治疗,导致发生严重阻塞性通气功能障碍,经适当治疗后肺功能逐渐好转。观察其肺功能演变过程,探讨治疗过程中气道功能损伤及其变化。提示即使患者初始症状不明显,临床医生也不能忽视治疗,以免导致肺功能进一步恶化。
