毛细管柱气相色谱法测定涂料中六亚甲基二异氰酸酯

Determination of hexamethylene diisocyanate in polyurethane coatings by gas chromatography with capillary column

  • 摘要: 目的 建立聚氨酯涂料中游离六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的毛细管柱气相色谱法。 方法 以DB-17色谱柱为分析柱,采用氢火焰离子化检测器,通过毛细管柱气相色谱法对市售的两种聚氨酯涂料进行分析。 结果 本方法在0.52~520 μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.52 μg/mL,最低检出浓度为5 mg/kg (取样量以1g计)。同时该方法具有较高的精密度以及较好的准确度,其相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率则达到80%以上。 结论 该方法能够适用于对聚氨酯涂料中游离六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的检测分析。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish the method for determination of free hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) in polyurethane coatings by gas chromatography. Methods Two kinds of polyurethane coatings are analyzed by gas chromatography with hydrogen flame ionization detector and the DB-17 column. Results There was a good linear relationship of this established method in the range 0.52 to 520 μg/mL. The detection limit was 0.52 μg/mL and the lowest detection concentration was 5 mg/kg(1 g taken sample). The RSD was less than 5% and the recovery rate reached 80% or more. Conclusion The experimental results showed that this method can be used to determine free hexamethylene diisocyanate content in polyurethane coatings.
