深圳市常规医用X射线诊断设备影像质量状况分析

Status of image quality control of conventional medical diagnostic X-ray equipment in Shenzhen

  • 摘要: 目的了解深圳市常规医用X射线诊断设备的影像质量状况。方法用多功能X射线机检测仪和检测板对医用常规X射线诊断设备的主要指标进行影像质量控制状态检测,数据按相关标准作出评价,并进行统计学分析。结果167家单位共364台医用常规X射线诊断设备的影像质量检测合格率为88.74%,其中,普通摄影设备的合格率最低,检测项目中"光野与照射野四边偏离"指标合格率最低。结论应加强对医疗机构放射诊断设备影像质量检测和管理,以保护受检者的安全与健康。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the status of the image quality control of conventional medical diagnostic X-ray equipment in Shenzhen. Methods Multi-functional X-ray detector and X-ray machine test plate were used to test the main imaging quality control indicators of X-ray machine. The data were compared with the relevant standards in China. Results Totally there were 364 medical diagnostic X-ray machines in 167 medical institutions. The total qualified rate was 88.74%. However, there was a great difference of qualified rate in different sub-groups of conventional medical diagnostic X-ray equipment. The lowest was common X-ray photographs, in which the bigger edges deviation of lighting field to radiation field has serious problem. Conclusion We should strengthen the testing and management of imaging quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment to protect the safety and health of patients.
