Analysis of reaction runaway for 15 hazardous chemical process issued by SAWS

  • 摘要: 针对化工过程的反应失控危险性,分析失控反应发生的原因,介绍反应失控的评估方法和常用的实验测试技术,说明各测试技术与实验目的的关系,解释了测试结果的含义与具体应用方法;根据国家安全监管总局发布的首批重点监管的15种危险工艺,介绍了其工艺特点与主要危险,并针对每种危险工艺,简析了其主要失控原因,为安全控制方案的制订提供了技术支持;以光气化反应为例,分析了具体工艺的失控模式。

     

    Abstract: To eliminate the reaction runaway of chemical process, the reason for the reaction runaway was analyzed, the assessment methods of reaction runaway and common test technology were introduced. The objective of testing, the selection of test technology, and the meaning of the test results were explained. The process characteristics and main risk of 15 kinds of hazardous process, issued by SAWS, were introduced. The major causes of runaway of each kind of hazardous process were discussed and technical support for the safety control scheme was present. Finally, the specific process control model of phosgenation reaction, as an example, was analyzed.
