核泄漏事故中消防应急救援处置程序探讨

Discussion on fire emergency rescue procedures in nuclear leak accidents

  • 摘要: 放射性物质和电离辐射设备在国民经济各个领域中的应用越来越广泛,发生核泄漏事故的概率也随之增大。公安消防部队是核事故灭火救援的骨干力量,为提高部队参与处置核事故应急救援和火灾扑救的能力和水平,在分析核泄漏事故特点的基础上,重点探讨了核事故中消防应急救援的处置程序,并提出了应急救援过程中应注意的问题。

     

    Abstract: With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the radioactive materials and ionizing radiation equipment have been used more and more widely and the probability of the nuclear leakage accidents increases simultaneously. This paper introduced the characteristic and resulting adverse consequences of nuclear radiation accidents. The emergency rescue procedures in nuclear radiation accidents were described in detail and key points were discussed. It can provide helpful references for the improvement of fire forces' capability in fire fighting and emergency rescue against nuclear accident.
