  • 摘要: 目的 研究异氰酸酯生产过程职业病危害并介绍相关防护措施。 方法 通过异氰酸酯光气化法生产工艺介绍,结合现场职业卫生调查,分析异氰酸酯生产过程主要职业病危害及相关防护措施。 结果 异氰酸酯生产过程存在光气、氯气、一氧化碳、异氰酸酯等职业病危害因素,职业健康危害风险较高。为避免职业病危害事故的发生,各企业从工程防护、个体防护、应急救援等方面采取了科学有效的防护措施。 结论 异氰酸酯生产过程职业病危害及防护措施的分析可为该行业职业病危害防治提供技术依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study occupational hazards in isocyanate production process and introduce the relevant protective measures. Methods The major occupational hazards and protective measures were analyzed through introduction of production technology of isocyanate phosgenation method,combined with the field survey. Results There were occupational hazards,such as phosgene,chlorine,carbon monoxide and isocyanate in isocyanate production process. In order to avoid occupational hazards accident,scientific and effective protective measures should be performed in the aspects of engineering protection,personal protection and emergency rescue. Conclusion The analysis of occupational hazards and protective measures in production of isocyanate provide technical base for protection against occupational hazards.
