Application of PDCA cycle in fire emergency drill in hospital

Objective To study the practical application of PDCA cycle method in hospital fire drill. Methods Integration of the PDCA cycle principle and the fire drill was implemented in a large-scale hospital to help improve the emergency drill effectiveness. Results The problems or defects found during the fire drill were strictly addressed and the updated plan for next year drill was carefully prepared. With this cycle,the fire emergency work in the hospital was greatly improved. Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle method in hospital fire drill can improve the ability to deal with fire emergency.
